At Magic Makers, we take pride in crafting products that support deep intimacy, healing, and connection. Because of the personal and sensitive nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final once opened — but we always want you to feel safe and supported in your experience with us.

💝 All Sales Are Final (Opened Products)

Due to the intimate and body-based nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used jars of Magic Butter.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and energetic integrity for our community.

 


 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item or packaging

We’ll respond with compassion and clarity, and either send you a replacement or offer a store credit, depending on the situation.

 


 

❌ Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)

We do not issue refunds unless there has been a clear error on our part — such as:

  • Receiving the wrong product

  • Your order not arriving within a reasonable timeframe due to an issue on our end
